A 5-week, small-group program designed for people who want to start (or restart) exercise with clear guidance and supportsafely and effectively.

What you’ll get

  • Small group: only 8 participants per round
  • 8 learning stations: simple, foundational movements that build strength, mobility, stability, balance, and confidence
  • Personalized support: a 1-hour individual fitness assessment to set your starting point and goals
  • Practical approach: learn routines you can continue at home with minimal equipment, space, or set-up.

When

  • Start date: October 8th
  • Week 1: completion of your personal assessment (various times available)
  • Weeks 2 to 5: group training on Wednesdays at 9:00am.
  • Each session: 60–90 minutes

Investment

  • Introductory offer: $147 + HST for the 5 weeks (25% off)
    • Includes your one-hour personal assessment and review of the PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire)
  • $97 for each additional 4-week round if you want to keep building momentum or feel you're in need of further support.
